Coastal Urgent Care provides timely medical care to both residents and visitors to the Litchfield and Pawleys Island area. We are located in the Litchfield Village across from Dominoes Pizza. We specialize in treating a variety of ailments including colds, flu, earaches, hypertension, lacerations, asthma, bronchitis, skin infections and growths, muscle sprains, prescription refills, urinary tract infections, sun burns and many others. We also have vaccines, including the pneumonia and flu. We also perform complete work physicals.

The easiest way to become a patient at our practice and to take advantage of the online services is to create a secure account for our new online portal, FREE. After your account is set up, new patients, please register online to eliminate paperwork prior to your first appointment. After your appointment, you may utilize any of the secure online communications like our Virtual Online Visit for $45 and our prescription refill request for $10! We have EKG, Spirometry, Impedance cardiography, Berkley Heart Lipid profiles, Diatherix PCR pathogen identification, Navigenics genetic testing, echocardiograms and cryotherapy on site.
