Elk Grove Computer Repair is owned and operated by Dennis Rokusek. Dennis started this business with customer service in mind. Dennis has worked in the High Tech Industry for most of his adult life. He worked for INTEL for 5 years and 16 years for HEWLETT PACKARD. Dennis also worked a year at one of the Big Box computer sales and services companies, it was then he realized he could provide a more honest quality of service to the customer, in short NOT take advantage of the customers the way the Big Box Stores do. His main goal is to provide a low cost service with a fast and accurate turn aroud time for his customers. Your computer can typically be fixed the same day it arrives in the shop, if it is in by 11:00am.
