It is a non-medical facility with the capacity to provide a comfortable home for 15 residents. Each room is a private one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a nice living room and full kitchen.
With the Kodiak Senior Center and Island Cove located right across the parking lot, and the downtown Kodiak community just a few blocks away, we offer a lifestyle of convenience to all of our residents.
